National Events Welcomes you to Central Florida and the Disney Jazz Celebration. We will build a customized itinerary designed to meet the educational and entertainment needs of your group.

Thursday, February 18
(arrival by 5:00)
Welcome Gathering 
To start off the celebration, participants are invited to the Welcome Gathering to enjoy an evening of great Jazz. This will give the students and directors the opportunity to meet participants from across the country as well as be introduced to the adjudicators and clinicians for the Disney Jazz Celebration. We will have a featured performer to help kick of the Disney Jazz Celebration Event. The Welcome Gathering will take place at a Walt Disney World ® Theme Park.

Master Classes
Disney Jazz JAM Session
Selected students from participating ensembles will have the opportunity to join the renowned Disney Jazz Celebration Clinicians and Adjudicators in the Jam Session. This highly interactive experience will be a swingin' good time for students performing and those in the audience.
Exclusive TUI Travel Event
Watch EPCOT® Illuminations: Reflections of Earch from your own private viewing area, the retire to the Odyssey Lounge for a spectacular private party.  Listen to artists from Jazz at Lincoln Center and share performance stories with fellow educators and jazz participants.

Disney Jammin' Awards Ceremony
This evening will be the culmination of an exciting weekend of Jazz. The ceremony will feature some of the top rated competing ensembles participating in the festival performing together with Conn-Selmer, Inc. clinicians. Special guest performances and a presentation of unique Disney awards will complete this Celebration of Jazz Music--Disney Style.  The Awards Ceremony will take place at a Walt Disney World ® Theme Park.
